By accessing and using the services of MRS COLLEGE COUNSELOR ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MRS COLLEGE COUNSELOR provides strategic college counseling and career guidance services, including: • One-on-one virtual consultation sessions • Pre-session profile review and preparation • Personalized strategic guidance tailored to individual students • Written session summaries and action plans • Add-on services including Common Application review and essay feedback • Bundled session packages for comprehensive support All services are provided virtually via secure video conferencing.
Session Rates: • Middle School: $150 per session • 9th Grade: $250 per session • 10th Grade: $350 per session • 11th Grade: $500 per session • 12th Grade: $550 per session • Common App Review: $165 add-on • Supplemental Essay Feedback: $90 add-on Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. All prices are in USD.
We do not require contracts or long-term commitments. You book sessions one at a time based on your specific needs. Bundled session packages are available for purchase in increments of five sessions and can be used over several months as needed.
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session will forfeit the full session fee. Refunds are available only for sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. No refunds will be issued for: • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time • No-shows or missed sessions • Completed sessions • Bundled session packages (individual sessions within the package may be rescheduled with proper notice) Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information about your student • Submit required materials before the scheduled session • Attend sessions on time with a reliable internet connection • Participate actively and honestly in consultations • Follow through on recommended action plans • Notify us promptly of any changes or concerns
Our services provide strategic guidance and educational counseling. We do not: • Guarantee admission to any specific college or university • Write essays or complete applications on behalf of students • Make decisions for families—we provide guidance to help you make informed decisions • Provide legal, financial, or medical advice • Offer services that violate college admissions policies or ethical standards All final decisions regarding college applications, course selection, and activities remain with the student and family.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, session content, and student records. Information will not be shared with third parties except: • With your explicit written consent • As required by law • To protect the safety of individuals or the public Session notes and summaries are for your personal use and should not be shared with colleges or used as official recommendations without our prior written approval.
All materials provided during sessions, including written summaries, action plans, checklists, and guidance documents, are the intellectual property of MRS COLLEGE COUNSELOR. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our written permission.
MRS COLLEGE COUNSELOR provides guidance and strategic advice to the best of our ability based on our experience and expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for: • College admission decisions • Scholarship or financial aid awards • Consequences of decisions made by students or families • Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform failures) Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
All services are available in both English and Spanish. You may request your preferred language when booking your session. Session summaries and written materials will be provided in the language of your choice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
